To work as a care assistant with Medilink Nursing, we require a minimum of six months of experience in the last two years in a Residential Home, Nursing Home or Hospital in the UK, or a minimum of two years experience in the last five.
Whilst we appreciate everyone has to start somewhere, our roles require our staff to slot straight in straight away, wherever they go, without the need for training on the job. Without this experience, it would be very difficult for anyone to perform at the levels expected of them!
On top of this, we will require you to undergo a DBS check, which is a standard procedure for any health care assistant jobs!
