Due to a change in circumstances, Coventry City Academy is excited to be able to offer the rare opportunity to join the full time coaching team as a Cell Lead Coach for the Under 13 and Under 14 age groups.
Working closely with the Head of Coaching and Lead Youth Development Phase Coach at the football club, the successful applicant will be responsible for the implementation, delivery and evaluation of the Academy syllabus for the Under 13 and Under 14 players. Managing a team of part time coaching staff, the role will also oversee the individual development plans, weekly feedback reports and six weekly reviews for all Academy players within the ‘cell’.
The successful applicant will receive a personal staff development plan to support their own learning, have access to a range of formal CPD opportunities throughout the season and provided with support on their coaching from the club’s Academy Head of Coaching.
