North-East states constitute an important geopolitical zone in Nigeria. The region is a rich sociocultural entity that is famous for its vibrant culture and traditions, mineral resources, historical artifacts, tourist attractions, and others.

Adamawa State is located in North-East Nigeria. The state’s capital city is Yola, and this municipality was created on August 27th, 1991. It has a growing population of 4, 676, 465 people; ranking as the 7th most populated city in the country. The city also has a total landmass of 49, 119 km² making it the 5th largest state.

Borno State is a city located in North-East Nigeria. The state was created on 3rd February 1976 and the capital city is Maiduguri.
